Belinda Arambula

Belinda Arambula is a true trial attorney. She has an active docket across the state in federal and state court. Belinda represents both plaintiffs and defendants in the context of general civil litigation. Her practice is diverse, as she represents large and small business owners, employers, general contractors, subcontractors, and trucking companies. No matter your size, Belinda will advocate for you fiercely and tirelessly to ensure your interests are protected and advocated. 

Belinda has tried over 20 jury trials cases to verdict, with more than half as first chair. She also has experience litigating before the ICC and AAA. Belinda has argued before various appellate courts in the state of Texas and has briefed cases argued before the Fifth Circuit. Belinda handles cases efficiently and effectively from inception through appeal. 

 

Belinda stays abreast of the changes in the law and legal community by serving on the Texas Rules of Evidence Committee for the State of Texas and the Board of the Austin Bar Foundation. When she is not serving her clients or the legal community, Belinda is pounding the pavement training for her next race or volunteering with the Hispanic Bar Foundation, Avance-Austin Chapter, and Boy Scouts of America.
