Josh Warner

Josh is a zealous and diligent advocate who remains calm under pressure. He has represented many individuals in high-stakes situations involving significant legal exposure. No matter the issue, Josh brings his experience in the military, government,and litigation to find a solution that meets your goals. You can rest assured that Josh will thoroughly research the issues and fiercely advocate for you.


Prior to joining Terrazas, Josh served as an Active Duty Army Judge Advocate (military lawyer). He represented numerous Soldiers facing criminal charges, administrative hearings, and federal investigations. During this time, Josh also provided legal counsel to senior commanders and decision makers within the federal government regarding legal compliance with national security law, international treaties, law of armed conflict, constitutional law, labor and employment law, government information practices, fiscal
law, and administrative law.

 

Before becoming a lawyer, Josh served honorably as an armor officer, infantryman, and logistician in the U.S. Army. He also graduated from the distinguished Army Reconnaissance Course. Josh’s training and experience led him to serve in Operation Inherent Resolve, Operation Spartan Shield, as well as in Germany and Korea.
